a major UK finance organisation

A major UK finance organisation, based in Bristol, went through a reorganisation in order to integrate a new product line into the business.  They identified a need to establish a new marketing team with 6 additional roles to be recruited. 

Working in partnership with the organisation, Montgomery Cox were able to offer the following service :

  • met with the recruiting manager and scoped the requirements
  • put forward proposal to deliver solution - together with project plan and budget
  • developed recruitment advert and placed in appropriate media
  • implemented "executive search" to complement advertising campaign
  • conducted preliminary interviews and presented shortlist to client
  • designed and delivered "assessment day" - organisation, administration, facilitation of structured interviews, verbal and numerical testing, occupational personality testing, management of the day
  • collated information gathered and presented recommendations to the client
  • facilitated decision making process
  • conveyed decisions to both successful and unsucessful candidates and negotiated offers

The assignment was completed to plan and within the agreed budget.  Montgomery Cox have continued to work in partnership with the client on a number of other sucessful projects.
